Having started working for the family business as a Quantity Surveyor after finishing college he then moved over to groundworks as a trainee supervisor. This then led on to becoming a site manager where he thrived and was promoted to project manager after completing his level 6 NVQ in management. Having worked for large construction companies running substantial jobs within the Devon & Cornwall area Kyle felt it was time to branch out and bring his own vision to life. This vision is client focused, project managed builds and Kyle prides himself on ensuring that his team work to the same high standards that he does. He's very much involved with the day to day running of the business.
